  Availability Conformation

• Guest can make payment for booking rooms(suite rooms), only after conforming the availability of room in the hotel.

• Guest are required to make the full payment for booking rooms(suite rooms) in advance.

  Child Reservation Policy

A maximum of 1 child upto an age of 8 years and an extra infant upto an age of 2 years is allowed free of charge, subject to room occupancy capacity. No extra bed or mattress will be provided. Extra person charges are applicable for anyone above 8 years of age. Extra person charges are also applicable for extra kids during check-in.

 Identification Card

All adults must carry one of these photo ID cards at the time of check-in: Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card or Aadhar Card. PAN Cards are not accepted.

  Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is cancelled within 14 Days in prior to the standard check-in time, then 90% of the total payment will be return back.
• If the booking is cancelled within 10 Days in prior to the standard check-in time, then 75% of the total payment will be return back.
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 Days in prior to the standard check-in time, then 50% of the total payment will be return back.
• If the booking is cancelled within 1 to 4 Days in prior to the standard check-in time, then No payment will be return back.
